Maybe it is time to change old habits and try something new. Look forward to new running sessions without the worries of what to do and start training with a structure that can boost your performance.
The same feeling to complete these challenges motivates one to keep challenging oneself and motivates me to help others to achieve their goals.
As a runner myself, I know the benefit of following a structured running program. The concept of progressive training and recovery cycles gives your body time to adapt to the training volume until you are ready to reach your goal.
In my programs, you will find some unique sessions, displayed in a unique way, that is sure to keep you interested and motivated.
Therefore, you may switch sessions in a week as you please. What is not recommended is catching up sessions in the following week. If life doesn’t allow you to do all the sessions in a week, at least get to the key workouts, the rest is history.
Remember to warm up and cool down afterwards, it has a major effect on the quality of a session, today and tomorrow.
